Several Greek statues have been restored as part of the landscape restoration programme at National Trust and appear to your right, just before the Grecian Valley comes into view. The undulating open land of the valley was originally designed to be a lake, but it wouldn’t hold water, so was left as a meadow. Today wildflowers grow in the valley and it is one of Stowe’s flourishing wildflower meadows. At the end you can see the Temple of Concord and Victory.
